PRIVACY ~

I value your trust and confidence.  Any information that you share when ordering jewelry, signing up for a newsletter or for any other reason is totally confidential and will not be shared with, sold to,or distributed to any other person or entity.

I use Stripe credit card process and Pay Pal, both of which are very secure.  Payments may be made on this website with either of these payment processors.  All data is secure as described in the policies on the checkout page.


Should you choose PayPal for your payment option, it is very secure. When you click on the PayPal button to buy, you are taken to a secure PayPal page to complete the transaction.  PayPal encrypts your financial information so that only you can see it. Learn more about PayPal security.

 Please do not send any credit card information to me by email.  That is not secure.

 SHIPPING~

Your item will be shipped within 3 business days of your purchase.  If for any reason, I cannot ship within 3 days, I will contact you immediately to let you know that.

Shipping costs are added to your purchase at checkout.   I ship using USPS first class shipping.  For US deliveries, shipping generally takes 2-5 days.

USPS Priority First Class shipping is also available. 

I also ship internationally.  Cost is higher and you need to allow 14-21 days for delivery.

In addition, I am happy to provide shipping insurance.  You will need to contact me about that. The fee depends upon the value of the item purchased.

 

                        RETURNS~

Your satisfaction is important to me.  I realize that it is difficult to buy jewelry without touching it or seeing it up close. If you don’t like the item, and decide to return it, please contact me before returning it.  You may return an item for credit or refund, if you return it in the original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

I stand behind my work, and guarantee my handcrafted jewelry for at least one year of normal use. Occasionally a piece may break.  If that should happen, please let me know.  I will try to repair it if it has been less than one year since your purchase.  Please contact me to let me know what happened, and to see if I can repair it.
